Obituary

Faye Wasem Frable, 93, formerly of Bushkill Township, peacefully passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Luther Crest Senior Living in Allentown. She was the wife of the late Ray H. Frable, to whom she was married 28 years prior to his passing in 2003. Born in Nesquehoning, Carbon County, Faye was the daughter of the late John D. "Hanna" and Helen (Dunbar) Morgan. She attended Nesquehoning High School and later attended Temple University, where she earned a certificate in Cosmetology Vocational II Professional Certification. Faye retired in 1992 as the Supervisor of Cosmetology at the Eastern Northampton Vocational Technical School in Easton, where she worked for 22 years. Prior to that, she worked at the Carbon County Vocational Technical School in Jim Thorpe. Faye was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Nazareth, as well as a member of the retirees of V-T-S/ CIT, NCC-PASAR local and state, and she served as a volunteer at Gracedale for 17 years. Additionally, she was a member of the former LORA Club of Nazareth. 
Faye will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her two sons, Wayne A. Wasem and wife, M. Susan, of Hanover Township, and Keith F. Wasem and wife, Diana, of Laurys Station; four grandchildren, Mark Wasem and wife, Christina, of Center Valley, Craig Wasem and wife, Whitney, of Forks Township, A.J. Wasem and wife, Kristie, and Carly Reinert and husband, Andrew, both of Nazareth; nine great-grandchildren, Taylor, Brianna, Andrew, Lillian, Nolan, Evie, Cora, Abigail, and Mallory; along with nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Ray, she was predeceased by her three brothers, William C., Allen J. and Arthur D. Morgan. 
Private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the care of the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath.
