Bonnie L. Petersen, 71, of Bushkill Twp., passed away, Saturday, November 18, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson – Easton. She is the wife of Donald C. Petersen, Sr. Bonnie was born in Easton on February 16, 1952 to the late Paul S. Sr. & Ida M. (Keller) Laudenbach. She is a 1970 graduate of Nazareth High School. Bonnie worked for Napa Auto parts - Wind Gap, retiring after 37 years. She was of Lutheran Faith. Bonnie was a former member of Point Phillips Rod & Gun. She enjoyed her cats, gardening and crocheting.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, children: Roberta S. Cowley and her husband Thomas Moralis of Wind Gap, Barbara A. Walters of Pen Argyl and Donald C. Petersen Jr. and his significant other Nancy Bohara of Bridgeville, DE; siblings: Donald Laudenbach and his wife, Margaret of Bushkill Township, James Laudenbach of Bushkill Township, Brenda Rothermel and her husband, Dennis of Bushkill Township and Cindy Grossbauer of Saluda, SC; brother and sister - in - law: Gary and Janet Petersen of Bushkill Twp.; grandchildren: Rachel and her husband Cody Paolini, Brianna, Sabrina, Evan, Aaron and Callie and great grandchildren: Ava, Annie, Cora, Cash, Colt and Athena. Bonnie is predeceased by siblings: Edwin, Paul Jr., John, Stanley Laudenbach and Doris Slack and Betty Rundle.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2165 Community Drive - Bath, PA 18014. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services. The interment will conclude services at Bushkill United Methodist Cemetery - Clearfield, PA.
