William R. Davis, Jr., a beloved partner, brother, and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on February 1, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on May 28, 1969, in Flemington, NJ, he was the son of William R. Davis Sr. and Wendy Pittenger. Stepmother Jan Davis.

William had an adventurous spirit that shone brightly in all he did. He found joy in rafting and ATV riding, always seeking the exhilaration of the great outdoors. An automotive enthusiast, he relished the intricate details of cars and engines, often sharing his passion with those around him.

Beyond his adventures, William cherished the quiet moments spent in the company of his beloved cats. He formed deep bonds with his furry friends, whose companionship brought comfort and joy to his life.

William is survived by his cherished companion, Carol Turner, with whom he shared 27 beautiful years. Together, they created a bond that was admired by all who knew them. Additionally, he is survived by his loving sister, April Russell, her husband Chris, as well as his brother Noah McGifford. William was a proud uncle to Kayla Petchonka, Patrick McGifford, and Jack McGifford, and a doting great-uncle to Aubree Peters. He will be missed by the numerous feline friends he looked after, whether inside or around his home.

William's life was marked by warmth and a deep connection with family and friends. He had the raregift of making those around him feel valued and loved. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
