William Kim Arthur, 74, of Moore Township, PA, passed away at home on June 11, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Sandra Howell Arthur for 50 years.
Kim was born June 20, 1950. He was the son of William and Sybil Arthur.
As a youth, he was an Eagle Scout and active in the Christ Episcopal Church in Stanhope, NJ. He was a veteran of the USMC. Kim graduated with a Bachelors and a Masters Degree from William Paterson University. He was a graduate of the NJ State Police Academy in Sea Girt, NJ and retired from NJ and then PA law enforcement after 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Arthur, a sister, Kerry Arbolino, brothers, Toby, Kris, Kyle and Kip and two brother-in-laws, Brant and Glen Howell.
Services will take place privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements and cremation are under the care and direction of the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc.
