Stephen J. "Steve" Strockoz, Jr., 90, of Plainfield Twp., passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 25, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. He was the beloved husband of Marion (Pritchard) Strockoz. Born in Belfast, Stephen was the son of the late Stephen J. Sr. and Fannie (Morykan) Strockoz. Steve graduated from Nazareth High School and later faithfully served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Stephen worked as a millwright, dedicating his career to Taylor Wharton and Victaulic, showcasing his skills and work ethic in the manufacturing industry. Stephen's love for antique cars and farm equipment shows was well-known, showcasing his passion for the simpler things in life.
Stephen's commitment to his family shone brightly throughout his life. His love for country and polka music, especially Conway Twitty's classic "Hello Darlin',". Stephen took immense pride in his family's achievements and cherished every moment spent together.
Survivors:
In addition to his wife of almost 60 years; He will be dearly missed by his son: Todd and his wife Amy (Blease) Strockoz and grandson: Logan Strockoz both of Nazareth; brother: Michael Strockoz of Plainfield Twp; nieces and nephews.
Services: A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, March 29, 2024, in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC 2165 Community Drive, Bath, 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Military Honors will conclude services.
