Simon W. Peters, of Slatington, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, February 1, 2026. He was 76 years old. Simon was born on May 28, 1949 in Easton, he was the son of the late Warren J., Sr. and Frances C. (Pittenger) Peters.

Simon is survived by his children, Rebecca Rhyne and her husband Joseph Ferraira, of Slatington, Simon A. Peters, of Bushkill; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings: Warren J. Peters, Jr., and Frances "Tut" Hendershot, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was predeceased by his sister, Darleen Ramsey.
