Rose A. Feher, 84, of Walnutport, formally of Point Phillips, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenburg, Bethlehem. She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Feher Sr., to whom she was married 55 years before his passing in 2014.
Born in Fountain Hill, Rose was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Hoch) Rice. Rose spent her life as a devoted wife, mother,grandmother and caretaker; cherishing her family, and nurturing her home. She was a faithful servant of Christ, attending Assemblies of God churches throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed time with her family through Bible studies, fellowship, and playing cards, especially pinochle. Rose was a huge Phillies fan, and rarely missed an opportunity to watch a game.
Rose is remembered for her warm smile, her love for Jesus, being a steadfast prayer warrior, her strong faith, and unconditional love for her family.
Survivors: She will be dearly missed by her children: Deborah Dilley and husband, Rev. Timothy, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Donna Murray and husband, Daniel, of Moore Township; James F. Feher Jr. and wife, Louise, of South Whitehall Township; Mary Feher and fiancé Shelif Rivera; of Moore Township. Five grandchildren: Phillip Dilley and wife Virginia; Derek Block and wife Laryssa; Kristen Wetzel; Zephaniah Feher and fiancé David Mejia; Jonathan Feher. Three great-grandchildren: Malcolm, Emmett and Wesley. Five brothers: Elwood Rice, of Nazareth; Fred Rice Sr., of Bath; Andrew Rice and wife Kathy, of Moore Township; Howard Rice and wife MeiLie of Bethlehem; and Jack Rice and wife Janet, of Northampton. Three Sisters: Doris Pavel, of Hokendauqua; Ruth Betz, of Northampton; and Barbara Hernandez and husband Julio, of Bethlehem; along with many nephews and nieces.
In addition to her husband, James Sr., she was pre-deceased by a grandson, Matthew Feher; a son-in-law, Travis Miller; and a brother, Albert Rice.
Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home Inc., 2165 Community Dr., Route 946, in the village of Moorestown-Bath, PA. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Friday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
