It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of Lucas Alexander Snyder, a beloved son as well as bright and talented young man, tragically left this world on February 22, 2026 He was only 22 years old.

Born on January 4, 2004, in Somers Point, NJ, Lucas was the son of Donnie Snyder, Jr. and Earl Snyder, who cherished him and will forever hold him in their hearts.

After graduating from Nazareth High School, Lucas continued his education at Northampton Community College in the criminal justice program. In addition to school, Lucas enjoyed various sports. Throughout his life he played football, baseball and wrestling. He also was involved in karate and dance. Lucas also loved pets including the family dog Mocha and bunny Tobie. One of his greatest interests was football, he was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys. One of his goals was to get to an actual live game, and he accomplished that. It was the Cowboys vs. the Jets, and the Cowboys won! He invited his Dads to the game also! Lucas loved spending holidays with his family and vacations with his Dads; socializing with all his friends and taking his girlfriend Ashley out for dinners. It had a special place in his heart for his grandparents and of course all the special foods Mommom cooked for him. He mostly got to choose the next meal. With his warm smile and generous hugs he was able to make anyone feel loved.

Along with his parents, Earl and Donnie, Lucas is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Ashley Ojedis; grandmother, Marlane Snyder; godparents; his uncle, Matthew Snyder (Jessica), Andrea Hartman, Brian & Tina Repnyek, Gayle Sottosanti-Rapp; aunts and uncles, Bonita Charles, Loree Bloszinsky (Robert) and Lorene Hudak (William). Lucas was predeceased by his grandfather, Donald Snyder, Sr.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC. - 2165 Community Drive, Bath, PA 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to a viewing on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
