Obituary

Listen to Obituary

She loved having a reason to spend time with her boys and be part of what they were building for themselves.

Kimberly Ann Boucher, 50, of Lower Nazareth Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest. She was the wife of Martin J. Boucher to whom she would have been married to for 28 years this September. Born in Easton, Kimberly was a daughter of Jacqueline Cressman (Mantell) of Lower Nazareth Twp. and the late Donald Cressman.

Kimberly was employed as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Moravian Hall Square, a career that reflected her caring nature and desire to help others.

Above all else, Kimberly's world revolved around her family. She loved her husband, Marty, and her boys fiercely and was always there for them, no matter what they had going on. She was the definition of a "racing mom," but her support went far beyond the racetrack. Whatever her boys were interested in, Kimberly was interested in too. She showed up, helped out, cheered them on, and made their hobbies and projects part of her own life.

That continued as her boys grew older. Kimberly especially enjoyed being involved with their homes and the seemingly endless housing and improvement projects that came along with them. Whether lending a hand, offering an opinion, or simply being there, she loved having a reason to spend time with her boys and be part of what they were building for themselves.

Kimberly also enjoyed gardening and staying active. She was a regular at the Bethlehem Township Community Center, where she especially enjoyed the friendships and camaraderie she found through her exercise group. She will surely miss the many friends she made there and the time they spent together.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hecktown and the Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company.

In addition to her husband, she will be dearly missed by her boys: Colton and Aidan Boucher both of Lower Nazareth Twp; sisters: Debbie Cressman of Moore Twp. and Donna Mowrey (Frank) of Stockertown; sister-in-law: Cherie Van Putten (George) of Binghamton, NY and Susan Boucher - Ferry (Michael) of Mobile, AL; many nieces and nephews; canine companion: Cooper; and seven barn cats who graciously allow Aidan to share their barn. Kim was predeceased by canine companions: Whitney, Mitzi, Pepe and Bella.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hecktown, 323 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18020. Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026, in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2165 Community Drive, Bath, PA 18014, and on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at: bensingfuneralhome.net.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company 230 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18020.
