Joanne A. Cacciola, 88, of Bushkill Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard G. "Dick" Cacciola, Sr. to whom she was married 60 years before his passing in 2018.
Born in Fountain Hill, Joanne was a daughter of the late Franklin F. Sr. and Mildred C. (Gruver) Rudolph. She was a graduate of Liberty High School, Class of 1955.
A meticulous homemaker and proud matriarch, Joanne exhibited great pride, not only in her home, but in the love for her family, which was her greatest joy. Celebrating holidays, birthdays, graduations, and family reunions, she never missed an opportunity to be with her family, and she was the life of the party. As the adoring mother and grandmother, Joanne was always there to attend and support the sporting events and recitals of her children and grandchildren.
Antiques were her passion and, for many years, Joanne and her husband owned and operated an antique store and sold antiques at Renninger's Antique & Farmers' Market in Kutztown. She loved the shore and, throughout the years, she enjoyed traveling across the United States, which provided a perfect venue for antiquing.
Joanne was a faithful and active member of Covenant United Methodist Church of Klecknersville, where she sang on the choir and cantatas, as well as serving as a leader of vacation bible school and was involved in the planning of the mother daughter banquets, children's Christmas parties, and entertainment. A wonderful hostess and entertainer extrodinaire, Joanne also volunteered at senior centers by singing and entertaining with jokes.
