Jared J. Valo, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 19, 2026, at St. Luke's Hopsital - Anderson Campus. He was 49. Born on February 26, 1977, in Fountain Hill, Jared was the beloved son of Cheryl E. (Traugher) Valo and the late Dennis M. Valo.

Jared was a passionate CNC Programmer and Machinist at J&L Precision Machine, where he excelled in his craft and generously shared his expertise with his colleagues, including his brother Justin, who he especially took pride in mentoring. His innovative thinking and unwavering motivation made him a valued member of his team, and he was known for always finding creative solutions to challenges.

Outside of work, Jared embraced life with enthusiasm. He enjoyed shooting, fishing, and kayaking, finding joy in the great outdoors. A karaoke enthusiast, he could always be counted on to perform "The Humpty Dance" to the delight of friends and family. A true car and motorcycle aficionado, Jared had a particular fondness for Mustangs and proudly owned a Victory motorcycle, a Cobra Terminator, and a Ford F250 Super "Dooty" truck, all of which reflected his vibrant personality and zest for life. He also had unwavering love for his two dogs, Jäger and Koah, who brought him immense joy and companionship throughout his life.

Jared will be profoundly missed by his mother, Cheryl of Bath; his siblings, Janadene Valo of Whitehall, Joseph D. Valo, and Justin C. Valo, both of Bath; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whose lives he touched.

Funeral services for Jared will be held on June 27, 2026. A public visitation will take place at George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Bath, PA 18014, starting at 9:30 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will immediatly follow at Green Mount Cemetery in Bath.
