Erica R. Eberts, 74, of Allen Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. She was the wife of Robert Eberts to whom she was married to for 55 years. Born in Coplay, Erica was a daughter of the late Raymond and Irene Gollatz (Schatz).

Throughout her working years, she was employed as a medical secretary, an office assistant for Drs. Brutto & Goundie, and a bakery manager at Redner's in Northampton. She was a member of the Coplay Saengerbund and an avid Penn State fan. She especially enjoyed baking and was known for her delicious red velvet cake, which she lovingly made each year for her husband's birthday.

In addition to her husband, she will be remembered by her siblings: Raymond Gollatz (Bridget) of Coplay and sister: Stephanie Snyder of Catasauqua.
