Dolores L. Danner, 86, of Easton, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth. She was the loving wife of Henry Danner to whom she was married 65 years.
Born on September 21, 1938 in Easton, Dolores was the daughter of the late Eugene and Helen (Hay) Pysher.
Dolores was a graduate from Wilson High School - Class of 1956. She then attended Easton Hospital School of Nursing and received her RN Degree in 1959. Dolores was a dedicated Pediatric Nurse and Employee Health Nurse for a total of almost 40 years at Easton Hospital. Dolores was a member of Green Pond United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Colonial Quilting Guild. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, canning, knitting, crocheting, quilting, pinochle, and reading. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and also enjoyed lunch with friends.
Along with her husband Henry, Dolores is survived by her children, Kevin Danner and his wife Brenda of Bath, Sharon Sharo and her husband Frank of Nazareth; grandchildren, Heather LaBar and her fiance Jason, Travis LaBar and his wife Brittany, Frank Sharo and his wife Natalie; great-grand children, Leon & Landon, as well as nieces, nephews & extended family members. Dolores was preceded in death by her grandson, Derek and sister Betty Kern.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Green Pond United Methodist Church, 4411 Green Pond Road, in Easton, Pennsylvania. Friends and Relatives are invited to call on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Northampton Memorial Shrine.
