Dale Armstrong Truscott, 56, of Moore Twp., passed away unexpectedly at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenburg on Saturday, August 8, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Kelsey Truscott (Schrader). Born in Allentown, Dale was a son of Marilyn Truscott (Prell) of Moore Twp., and the late James Truscott.

A graduate of Northampton Area High School, he proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.

For more than 30 years, he served his community as a police officer with the Moore Township Police Department, a career that reflected his longstanding commitment to the community he called home. He was also actively involved with the Eckley E. Patch Post 470 American Legion in Bath, where he served as a member of the Post's Board.

Away from his service to others, he was happiest at home on his property, where he took great pride in caring for the land and simply enjoying his surroundings. He was also a diehard Boston Red Sox fan and rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his team.

In addition to his wife, he will be remembered by his daughter: Anna Truscott of Northampton; brothers: Steve Truscott (Angela) of Bethlehem, Craig Truscott (Jennifer) of Bath; sister: Pamela Kacala (Joseph) of Hellertown.
