Clarence F. “Frank” Schaffer, III, 61, of Salisbury Township, formerly of Danielsville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. He was the husband of Carol A. (Weaver) Schaffer. Frank and Carol would have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on May 19.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Clarence F. Jr. and Marguerite (Weiss) Schaffer. A 1981 graduate of Northampton High School, Frank worked in the building industry for many years, which included owning a construction framing business in Bethlehem Township from 1998 to 2003. Prior to his illness, he was last employed at Adam Meyer Moving & Storage in Bethlehem. Throughout the years, Frank remained active and was a very competitive bowler participating in several leagues and tournaments. He also enjoyed competitive horseshoe pitching. Frank was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and a former member of Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church.
