Cindy Lu Barndt, 71, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Fox Chase-Jeanes Campus - Philadelphia. She was the beloved wife of Jerry D. Barndt to whom she was married to for 35 years.

Born on August 10, 1954 in Bethlehem, Cindy was a daughter of the late Paul Neumeyer and Bettie (Seyfried) Neumeyer-Abbott.

She especially enjoyed traveling to the Jersey Shore and Lancaster County, Atlantic City trips, relaxing on the beach, dining out at a variety of favorite restaurants, and spending peaceful moments watching the birds - especially hummingbirds - from her back patio.

She faced a courageous six-year battle with cancer with remarkable strength and grace. Her love for animals was evident in the special bond she shared with her beloved dogs and cats, who brought her great comfort and companionship throughout the years.

Along with her husband Jerry, Cindy will be dearly missed by her children, Jeffrey Barrall and his wife Melissa of Bath and daughter, Lindsey Barndt and her husband Tello Rodriguez of Norristown; grandchildren, Bella and Julianna; siblings, Susan Mahorsky, Randy Neumeyer, as well as many nieces nephews and extended family members.

A Funeral Service will be held
on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:30 PM in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC. - 2165 Community Drive, Bath, PA 18014.
