Carl Weinhofer

Carl J. Weinhofer, 78, of Moore Township, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Friday, August 8, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem. He was the beloved husband of Virginia Weinhofer (Heffelfinger) to whom he was married to for 58 years. Born in Northampton, Carl was a son of the late John and Katherine Weinhofer (Benetzky).

A proud veteran, he served faithfully in the United States Navy. After his military service, Carl built a successful career as an Engineering Supervisor for Mack Trucks, where he was respected for his expertise and dedication. Carl was a cherished member of the Christ Church Little Moore. His passions included nurturing his beloved garden, which brought him peace and joy, and creating lasting memories with his grandchildren -who were the light of his life.

In addition to his wife, Carl will be lovingly remembered by his sons: Dan Weinhofer (Kellye) of Vancleave, MS, and Adam Weinhofer of Moore Twp.; grandchildren: Samantha (Zach Leach), Braxton and Cohen; canine companion: Buddy.

The graveside services will be held privately at New Hope Cemetery - Little Moore. Those wishing to express their condolences online are invited to do so at bensingfuneralhome.net. The arrangements and cremation care have been entrusted to GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC. in Moorestown - Bath.
