Arthur C. Eime, 85, of Moore Twp., passed away peacefully on Christmas Day, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospice- Inpatient Unit - Allentown. He was the beloved husband of Laurel Eime (Batchelor) to whom he was married to 62 years. Born in Hawley, PA, Arthur was a son of the late Otto and Anita Eime (Weland).

Arthur was a skilled tool-and-die maker for Western Electric / Bell Labs and later worked as a machinist at the former Line Tool Company in Allentown, where his precision, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic were well respected.

Beyond his professional life, he had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the natural world. He was especially fond of trees and nuts, with a particular love for hickory and chestnuts, and took great pride in the fruit and nut tree orchards he cultivated in his backyard. He was a dedicated member of the Pennsylvania Nut Growers Association and enjoyed sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

A former member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Hawley, he was also an avid hunter who found peace and fulfillment in the woods, reflecting his lifelong connection to nature.

In addition to his wife, he will be dearly missed by his sons: Richard Eime (Susan) of Pen Argyl and David Eime (Eva) of Bremerton, WA; grandchildren: Jason, Sarah, Jason and Cristie; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister: Annette Erk (Martin) of Honesdale, PA.
